Questions by Journey Stage

Different questions matter at different points. Here's what people typically ask before, during, and after the program.

1

Before You Start

Do I need existing business experience?
Not necessarily. We've had successful students from corporate backgrounds, trades, and even recent graduates. What matters more is your willingness to apply concepts and think critically about business decisions.
How much time should I plan to commit?
Most students spend 8-12 hours per week on coursework and projects. It's designed to work around full-time jobs, but consistency matters more than cramming.
What if I'm already running a business?
Even better. You can apply concepts immediately and see results in real-time. Many current business owners find the strategic planning modules particularly valuable.
2

During the Program

How does the mentorship component work?
You'll have monthly one-on-one sessions with industry practitioners, plus access to group workshops. Mentors are matched based on your business interests and goals.
What happens if I fall behind on coursework?
Life happens. We offer makeup sessions and flexible deadlines. The goal is understanding, not perfect attendance. Some students take longer and that's completely fine.
Can I get feedback on my actual business plans?
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it. Many assignments can be completed using your real business ideas, giving you practical outputs alongside theoretical knowledge.
3

After Completion

Do you help with business launch or funding connections?
We maintain relationships with local investors and business networks, though we can't make any promises about funding outcomes. The focus is on making you fundable, not guaranteeing funds.
Is there ongoing support after graduation?
Yes, through our alumni network and quarterly check-in sessions. Many graduates also become guest speakers or mentors for current students.
What if my business doesn't work out as planned?
That's part of entrepreneurship. The skills you learn - financial analysis, strategic thinking, risk management - transfer to any business context, including employment opportunities.
4

Ongoing Growth

How do you measure long-term program success?
We track graduate outcomes for five years post-completion. Success looks different for everyone - some launch startups, others advance in corporate roles, and many improve existing family businesses.
Do graduates stay connected with each other?
Our alumni community is quite active. Many graduates form business partnerships, refer clients to each other, or simply maintain professional friendships that started during the program.
Can I return for advanced coursework later?
We offer specialized workshops and advanced modules for alumni. As your business grows, your educational needs change, and we try to adapt our offerings accordingly.
